Joyamada offers very pretty gift packaging. You can select the packaging of your choice when placing your order.
Among the options offered, you will find FSC cardboard boxes marked with the Joyamada logo, organic cotton bags marked with the Joyamada logo as well as gift bags with the Joyamada logo.

Delivery
The choice of delivery method is made when paying for your order, in your customer account.
We offer carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost or even UPS depending on the country in which the delivery address is located.
You will receive an email directly from the chosen carrier regarding the shipment of your order.

Once the preparation of your order is complete, it will be entrusted to the carrier of your choice in order to be shipped to you.
You will receive an email from the carrier as soon as they have received your package.
Every day, we put all our heart into making and packaging your lovely orders. The time for preparing and making your order is generally 48 hours.
It can be 72 hours during periods of high activity. The carriers we suggest you use generally deliver from Monday to Saturday in France, and from Monday to Friday for the rest of the world.

For our Parisian customers, you can come and collect your orders free of charge at our workshop in Paris 3rd.
The collection period and times will be indicated when choosing the delivery method, depending on your purchase date.
We offer delivery over €100 of purchase in France and Europe (excluding Switzerland) or from €200 of purchase in the rest of the World.
Delivery costs for orders that do not fall within these criteria are specified when your order is validated.

Customs taxes and additional fees imposed by the delivery provider may apply depending on the country.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, to be paid upon receipt of the package.
Joyamada cannot be held responsible for these costs once the package has been shipped. Note that an additional delivery time may be observed depending on customs formalities at destination.
You will receive an email when your order is picked up by the carrier of your choice, which will contain the tracking number of your package.
You can also go to your customer account to find it. This will allow you to locate your package and follow its progress in real time via the website of the selected carrier.
Returns & exchanges
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our customer service at hello@joyamada.com or via our Online Chat, to ensure that your order has not yet been prepared, as all orders are processed the same day or the next business day.
If your order has already been prepared, unfortunately you can no longer cancel or modify it.
It's very simple:
- You can make your return/exchange request by contacting us via our online Chat, during our Customer Service opening hours.
- After approval of your return request by our Customer Service, if your request falls within our returns policy, you must return the product(s) to us at the Atelier address, which will be given to you in the confirmation of your return.
- Customer Service will process your request within a maximum of 14 clear days, from receipt of your return.
In the event of non-compliance of a product, you have three working days following delivery to inform Joyamada.

After this period, the request for exchange or credit cannot be accepted and your item cannot be taken back or exchanged without the express agreement of Joyamada.

Regarding our engraved products, given their customizable nature with your words or messages, our items cannot be returned or refunded.
However, if you have decided to purchase a product to be engraved without engraving it, or if you have purchased another product on our website (with exceptions) and you wish to return it, it is possible to do so. exchange or request reimbursement from your customer account on the site www.joyamada.com within 14 clear days from the date of receipt of your purchase.
The return costs will be your responsibility and you must return the product to us in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.

It is entirely possible to engrave only one side of your jewellery.
Our personalisation engine allows you to engrave the face(s) you want.
You will simply need to select the side you wish to engrave when adding the item to your basket. It is also possible to modify your personalisation request when placing the item in the basket, by clicking on “modify”.
For optimal personalization of your jewellery, we offer 5 different exclusive fonts, carefully selected by the team at Joyamada.

All our engravings are carried out by machine, with a diamond tip which engraves your jewellery in a lasting manner.
Our team of engravers carefully crafts each order in our Parisian workshop.
Ordering an engraved piece of jewellery online does not extend the processing time of your order, which remains 48 hours.

Gift
You can purchase Joyamada digital gift cards, which can be used as a means of payment for your orders, only on our website www.joyamada.com.
We offer gift cards valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, with a value ranging from €30 to €120. These are not subject to any exchange or refund.
It is possible to split their use until the credit is exhausted. When purchasing a gift card, you, or the person of your choice, will receive an email containing the gift card code, which can be used when paying for your order in the “discount code” section.

An official hallmark is affixed to all our silver, 18k gold-plated and 18k rose gold-plated jewellery, which certifies their compliance with current regulations and guarantees their authenticity.
For aesthetic reasons, the hallmark is most often located on the reverse of the jewellery, inside the bails or even on the clasps, to preserve their aesthetics.
